Please remove outdoor shoes inside the property and treat the property and all furnishings and finishes with respect.

Please report any damage/breakages/spillages immediately so that we can assess the damage and take action where necessary. This is especially important regarding spillages to upholstery/bedding, kitchen units and worktops, concrete or microcement bathroom fittings and flooring both upstairs and downstairs. Please do not use any cleaning products that you have purchased yourself in the event of spillage. A lot of the surfaces in Blackwood can be damaged by cleaning products that are not pH appropriate.

Please refrain from wearing make up or freshly applied tanning products in bed as these may cause staining to the bed linen and additional cleaning or replacement charges will apply in the event that bed linen is damaged in this way.

We welcome families with young children but please be aware that your children are your responsibility at all times both in terms of their safety in and around the property and damage to property and furnishings themselves

Strictly no pets of any kind

Strictly no further guests permitted on the property unless with prior agreement

Please use the bins provided in the kitchen labelled one for recycling and the other for general waste. Full bins can be deposited in the wheelie bins in the bin store outside by the car parking area. The black bin is for general waste and the green bin is for recycling. Please empty your bins in the kitchen to the bin store before check out and do not leave full bin bags anywhere else on the property or grounds.

Please leave Blackwood as it was when you arrived. Please ensure crockery and cutlery are clean and replaced in drawers and cupboards. Additional cleaning charges will be incurred if our cleaners are unable to carry out changeover cleaning in the standard allotted time if the property is left in a poor state.
