From London and the South: M11, A11 to Norwich, A140 to Cromer via Aylsham. In the village of Roughton follow the B1436 to Felbrigg and drive through that village until you reach the A148 roundabout. Take a left here towards Holt. After a couple of minutes you will see the Roman Camp Inn on your left hand side. Take the right hand turn immediately after (Sandy Lane). At the top of Sandy Lane take a left and after 50m you will see the Camp Lane track. The entrance to Blackwood is approximately 100m along Camp Lane on the left.
Alternate route from South: M11, A11 to Thetford, A134 to Munford, then follow signs for Swaffham (A1065), Fakenham (A1065), Holt, then towards Cromer on the A148. Once through the village of Bodham, travel for a further few minutes along the A148 looking out for The Roman Camp Inn coming up on your right. Immediately prior to the Inn you will see a sign for 'West Runton/Shire Horse Sanctuary'. Follow this left hand turn along Sandy Lane. At the top of Sandy Lane take a left and after 50m you will see the Camp Lane track. The entrance to Blackwood is approximately 100m along Camp Lane on the left.
From the North and Central: From the Midlands/North: Travel via Kings Lynn and Fakenham (A148) Holt, then towards Cromer (A148). Once through the village of Bodham, travel for a further few minutes along the A148 looking out for The Roman Camp Inn coming up on your right.
